In this article, we are primarily concerned with product labels. Typical material master data are: Material numbers, designations, weight, volume, mass, temperature condition, storage conditions, etc. Especially the designations are often language dependent, others are plant specific.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"d06e\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-d06e\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Container information<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-d06e\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The container or SKU (stock-keeping unit) information is also very important for labeling. Typically these are customer material numbers, different designations, EAN\/GTIN number or branding information. In the case of merchandise, manufacturer information on the labels are serving as additional information for your customers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"m330\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-m330\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Product configurations<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-m330\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>With configurable products, you define any attributes such as color, application areas, versions or characteristics as variants or order-specific configurations. These are usually based on the product or a configuration.
